Jason Killick Funerals can hold a Funeral Service at any venue of your choosing. Such venues would include a family home, Crematorium Chapel, Church, Graveside, Town Hall, Sporting Venue or any other location that might suit your needs.

Funeral catering can also easily be arranged at most public venues making the day flow a little smoother. Funeral Catering is a nice option to catch up after the service has concluded.

The Staff at Jason Killick Funerals are mainly family members. The ones who arent family, are like family to us. While Jason and Katrina run the day to day operations, They are supported and complimented by their family and members of their team. With four full-time Funeral Directors in the family we are able to exceed your expectations with ease.

Jason Killick
Managing Director
Jason has over twenty years experience as an embalmer, is a fully qualified Funeral Director, Celebrant, and Trainer and in that time, has helped literally thousands of families from all walks of life. New Zealand trained, Jason holds full, formal qualifications as a funeral director both here in Australia and also in New Zealand. Jason also holds a seat on the National Board of the Independent Funeral Directors Association of Australia Inc. as a Committee Manager.
Katrina Killick
Operations/Accounts Manager
Although Katrina has been together with Jason since they were both in their mid-teens, Katrina has not had a lot to do with the Funeral Industry until the formation of Jason Killick Funerals. Katrina has been thrust into all aspects of funeral care and has enjoyed the caring role we take within the community. On a day-to-day basis, Katrina is the overall Operations Manager and Accounts Administrator. Katrina's role is vital to ensure the smooth running of the daily business and ensuring that assets are deployed amongst our three locations when necessary. Katrina is also available to those who would prefer a female funeral director and is competent in arranging services with a woman's sensitivity.
Luke Newman
Funeral Director
A third generation funeral director, Luke became a part of our family when he married our Daughter, Samantha in 2013. The two live in Queensland's South Burnett Region and manage our Cherbourg & Kingaroy locations. As one of the Funeral Industry's youngest leaders, Luke is a proud member of the Independent Funeral Directors Association of Australia Inc. and sits on the National Board as Secretary.
Samantha Newman-Killick
Administrator
As a second generation of the Killick Family to enter the Funeral Industry, Samantha takes pride in playing a vital role throughout out ourcompany. Samantha and her Husband, Luke, manage our South Burnett &Regional Queensland areas. With a wealth of knowledge about administration and business, we are proud to have our Daughter as a major part to our business.

Our Facilities

We offer full funeral home facilities at our beautiful Rochedale location serving from the Gold Coast to Gympie and out to Toowoomba. You will find us up our long, palm lined driveway in a stunning country atmosphere where privacy is paramount and peaceful reflection is in abundance.

Our Funeral Cottage in Kingaroy, with complete facilities, caters for families from the Brisbane Valley and Western Downs areas to the Wide Bay and Burnett Regions. We also have facilities in Cherbourg, catering for our first nation’s people far and wide.

All our facilities offer a fully air-conditioned building with viewing rooms, dressing rooms and private rooms to sit quietly to make the necessary arrangements.
